Lab Notes
We first released this product in 2016 and have updated it on a near-annual basis ever since, adding more flightpaths and crafts as humans continue to explore the cosmos. A note on inclusion: we only count missions that a. have completed their primary objective; and b. left earth orbit. So you may not see in-progress missions on the chart, nor will you see earth-orbiting crafts such as the ISS or the Hubble Space Telescope.
